- Membership Terms and Conditions
1.1 Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals and organizations that meet the eligibility criteria outlined by IIPMP.
- Members must adhere to professional and ethical standards as set by IIPMP.
1.2 Membership Benefits
- Members gain access to training programs, certification courses, networking events, and industry updates.
- Exclusive discounts on certifications, events, and materials may apply.
1.3 Membership Fees and Renewal
- Membership fees must be paid in full before activation.
- Membership is valid for a one year and must be renewed before expiration.
- Failure to renew may result in membership suspension or termination.
1.4 Membership Termination
- IIPMP reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of professional conduct, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with policies.
- Members may voluntarily withdraw their membership by submitting a written request.
- Certification Policies
2.1 Certification Eligibility
- Candidates must meet the required education, experience, and training criteria to apply for IIPMP certifications.
2.2 Examination and Certification
- Exams must be taken on scheduled dates online.
- Certification is granted upon successfully passing the examination.
- Certifications may require renewal through continuing education or re-examinations.
2.3 Use of Certification Credentials
- Certified professionals must use their certification titles appropriately and in accordance with IIPMP guidelines.
- Misuse of IIPMP credentials may result in certification revocation.
2.4 Certification Revocation
- IIPMP reserves the right to revoke certifications for misconduct, fraud, or failure to meet recertification requirements.
- Refund and Cancellation Policies
3.1 Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
3.2 Certification Fees
- Exam and certification fees may be partially refundable if cancellation requests are made at least 14 days before the exam date.
- No refunds will be issued for missed exams or failed certification attempts.
3.3 Course and Training Refunds
- Full refunds may be granted for cancellations made at least 30 days before the start of a training program.
- A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 15-30 days before the training.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the training program starts.
3.4 Event Cancellation
- If IIPMP cancels an event or training, registrants may receive a full refund or be allowed to reschedule.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4.1 Data Collection
- IIPMP collects personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, professional details) when users apply for membership, certifications, or training programs.
- Payment information may be processed securely through third-party providers.
4.2 Data Usage
- Personal data is used for membership management, certification verification, communication, and service improvement.
- IIPMP does not sell or share user data with unauthorized third parties.
4.3 Data Protection & Security
- IIPMP implements security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or breaches.
- Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
4.4 User Rights & Data Access
- Users can request access to their personal data and make corrections or updates.
- Users may request deletion of their data, subject to legal and certification record-keeping requirements.
- Policy Updates & Contact Information
- IIPMP reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Members and users will be notified of significant changes.
